Heard Mr. Hake, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Interim Application No.1584 of 2025 i.e. the Respondent in Civil Revision Application No.399 of 2025.

None appears for the Applicant in Civil Revision Application No.399 of 2025.

The relief sought in the Interim Application is that by modifying Order dated 20th December 2023 passed in Interim Application No.13553 of 2023, 50% amount as permitted to be withdrawn by the said Order dated 20th December 2023 be allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant No.1 i.e. Respondent No.1 in Civil Revision Application. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant points out affidavits stating that the other respondents have no objection to the said prayer being allowed.
