For the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the delay of 29 days in filing the present application is condoned and the order dated 11th November, passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the PIL for non-compliance of the office objections, is recalled. In the result, PIL Stamp No. 24996 OF 2024 is restored to file.

Let office objections be complied with within a period of two weeks, failing which, the PIL shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench 5.
