Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners states that the applicants/petitioners have complied with the order dated 7th May 2025, inasmuch as, they have submitted the undertaking as directed by this Court, as well as furnished the required bank guarantee. This position is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents-MIDC.

From a perusal of the order dated 7th May 2025, it appears that, subject to the submission of the said bank guarantee and undertaking, the MIDC was to take further steps to issue the Transfer Certificate. Admittedly, the Transfer Certificate has not yet been issued by the MIDC in favour of the applicants/ petitioners.

Since the applicants/petitioners have complied with the terms set out in the order dated 7th May 2025, we direct the 2/3

MIDC to issue the Transfer Certificate to the applicants/ petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, on or before 2nd July 2025.

Stand over to 4th July 2025. To be listed on the supplementary board, for recording compliance. We make it clear that in the event the Transfer Certificate is not issued by the next date, we will be constrained to take appropriate action against the concerned officer. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
