Heard Ms. Amruta Kundap, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

It is clarified that clause Nos.1 and 2 of the order dated 4th February 2025 is only recalled. As far as clause Nos.3 and 4 by Sonali

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.

The Writ Petition is restored to the file and interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) granted earlier shall continue till next date, however, subject to above.
