The learned Advocate for Applicant has filed this Interim Application No.1607 of 2025 to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1(A) "Smt.Mangal Balkrushna Jadhav".

The learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, the Applicant intends to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1(A) as her legal heirs Respondent Nos.1(B) and 1(C) are already on record. Hence, the learned Advocate for the Applicant prays to delete the name of Respondent No.1(A) from the cause title of Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.33994 of 2024 and Interim Application No.15445 of 2024.

In turn, the Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.1(A) "Smt.Mangal Balkrushna Jadhav" from Cause Title of Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.33994 of 2024 and Interim Application No.15445 of 2024.

The learned Advocates for Applicant is directed to delete the name of Respondent No.1(A) by carrying out necessary amendment within two weeks and file amended copy of Civil Revision Application.
