By this Application, the Applicant (Original Petitioner) seeks restoration of Writ Petition which stood dismissed due to non removal of office objections, as per order dated 3rd May 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I).

Although there is a considerable delay in filing the present Application, for the reasons stated in the Application, we are inclined to allow the same, subject to the Applicant taking expeditious steps to remove office objections.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Consequently, Writ Petition (ST) No.22287 of Purti Parab
