Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to file an additional affidavit to demonstrate compliance of order of 27th February 2025. He submits that break-up of the property tax in respect of three flats occupied by Respondent No.1 has been provided and as this amount has to be paid by the end of March 2025, the same will be cleared. The statement is accepted as n undertaking given to this Court.
