After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellants and the Respondents, since the settlement talks have failed, the parties wishes to pursue the present appeal. Mr. Soman, learned counsel for the Respondents states that an Interim Application No.3122 of 2025 has been filed for rejection of the appeal under Order VII, Rule 11 read with Order XLI, Rule 3 and Section 107 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

In view of above, on the next occasion, the Court will first adjudicate upon Interim Application No.3122 of 2025 and the outcome
