These applications were taken out by respondent nos.1(a) to 1(e) seeking a direction against the appellants for making payment of property tax as demanded by the Corporation.

Pending these applications, the appellants have made payment of the property tax to the Corporation and further they assure the Court that they will continue to make the payment of property tax as and when demanded by the Corporation and subject to their remedy to challenge the demand.
3.
Accepting the above assurance and the fact that they have continued to make payment of the property tax, both the civil/interim applications are disposed of in above terms.
