Mr. Rupwate, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants i.e. Preeti Somy Sopan and others states that although the order is passed in Interim Application (ST) No.3656 of 2025 (i.e. Interim Application No.1658 of 2025), however, inadvertently in the title clause of the order dated 3rd February 2025, Interim Application number is mentioned as Interim Application No.336 of 2025 Sonali

11-IA-1658-2025.DOC instead of "Interim Application No.1658 of 2025 [Interim Application (ST) No.3656 of 2025]" and the name of the Applicant is incorrectly mentioned as "Virendrabhai Popotlal Shah instead of "Preeti Somy Saran & Ors.".

Accordingly, the order dated 3rd February 2025 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.

The Interim Application No.336 of 2025 is taken out by the Applicants, who are the original Respondents-landlords. Mr. Rupwate, learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioners seeks time to file reply. He states that the reply will be filed on or before 20th February 2025.
