Heard learned counsel for the Applicant/Insurance Company. This is an application seeking stay to the impugned Judgment and Award. It is submitted that Respondent/claimants are pressing the execution of impugned Judgment and Award and the Applicant is willing to deposit the amount so that stay can be granted. 2.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to condition that the Applicant/Insurance Company shall deposit entire amount with interest and costs under the impugned Award, in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane within a period of 4 weeks from today.
