By an order dated 16th December 2024, this Court had expedited the hearing of the suit and the Trial Court was requested to hear and dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year from that date. 2.

Mr. Karan Jakhar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Appellant, states that before the Trial Court, the matter is placed for filing of evidence on behalf of the Plaintiffs. He states that there has been some delay on his client's part in filing his evidence, since an Administrator has been appointed in respect of the Plaintiff - Society and, therefore, some extra time has been taken by them for complying with the formalities. He states that his client will file the Evidence Affidavit before the Trial Court, on or before 23rd ------------------------------------- Order dated 4th March 2026

(ii) Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order with no order as to costs.
