In this Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks a direction to the Commissioner, Commissionerate of Integrated Child Development Service Scheme to provide copy of the fresh reports of samples and k Page No.

The Petitioner has also sought direction that it be permitted to submit respective samples and the Petitioner also seeks quash and set aside the work order dated 9 January 2025 issued in favour of the Respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that in pursuance of work order dated 9 January 2025, supply of smart anganwadi kits has been made to all the Anganwadis and the work awarded to it has been executed. It is also submitted that the part payment of the amount due to Respondent No.3 has also been made.

Learned special counsel submits that the complete payment has been made to Respondent No.3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and on account of efflux of time, no effective relief can be granted to the Petitioner at this point of time. Accordingly the Petition is dismissed. 6.
