This interim application is filed for restoration of the writ petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections by an order dated 07 January 2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I). 2.

Having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that it is in the interest of justice that the petition be restored to the file of this Court. We accordingly allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer prayer clause (a). The applicant/petitioner shall remove the office objections within two weeks from today.
