By means of this interlocutory application, the applicant, inter alia, seeks a direction to implement forthwith the construction work in village Kasarde and Ozaram connectivity road and internal road as per order dated 6th January, 2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in PIL No. 167 of 2014.

The PIL has already been disposed of.

However, learned Additional Government Pleader prays for a short accommodation to enable him to seek instructions to ascertain the status of the road between the villages Kasarde and Ozaram.
