This Interim Application has been necessitated by the arbitrator appointed on December 2, 2024 having recused owing to objections raised by the Respondent that the said arbitrator had represented the Respondent as an Advocate. By a letter dated January 10, 2025, the Arbitrator has withdrawn from the proceedings.

In these circumstances, the arbitrator stands substituted in the following terms :

A] Mr. Yuvraj Narwankar, an Advocate (failing him, Mr. Mihir Naniwadekar, an Advocate of this Court) is appointed as Sole Arbitrator.
