The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs of sole Appellant, who passed away on 18th March, 2024 and the Application has been filed on 11th January, 2025. 2.

There is some delay in filing the Application. 3.

However, none appears for the Respondents.

Mr. Prabhune, learned Counsel states that Respondents have been served, no affidavit-in-reply is also filed.
