The amount settled between the Appellants and Respondent Nos.1 & 2 is quantified at Rs.2,10,00,000/- as specifically provided in paragraph nos.6 to 9 of the minutes. It is further provided in Clause 10 of the minutes, that the Applicants shall withdraw unconditionally Securitization Application and Misc. Appeal before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai. 5.

For the time being, the Appellants to act on Clause 10 for the minutes for the purpose of withdrawal of proceedings. 6.
