Present Application is seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount.

2) Heard.

3) Mr. Mehta, the learned Advocate for the Respondent/Insurer states that, the entire compensation amount alongwith interest has been deposited in the Tribunal. However, he opposed the Application strongly on the ground that the compensation award is excessive. 4) The husband of the Applicant No.1 expired in the accident. The prayer is based on the ground to meet day to day expenses of the family etc. 5) In view thereof, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount of their share with proportionate interest 1/2

Manoj 22-IA-1904-2025.doc subject to furnishing usual undertaking that in case the Appellant succeeds in this Appeal, the Applicants would refund the said amount alongwith interest as would be directed by this Court. The Tribunal shall invest remaining amount with Nationalized Bank giving highest interest from time to time.

6) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
