A group of second appeals were decided on 17th February 2025. Second Appeal (St) No. 5139 of 2025 was also listed on board and was heard and decided. However, in the order dated 17th February 2025 the title of second appeal (St) No. 5139 of 2025 is inadvertently not added.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the directions issued in order dated 17th February 2025, 2/3

the appellants in Second Appeal (St) No. 5139 of 2025 has also filed an undertaking. He has placed on record copy of the undertaking. Learned counsel for the appellants also agrees that the Second Appeal (St) no. 5139 of 2025 was also decided on 17th February 2025. Hence, title of order dated 17th February 2025 to be corrected to add the title of Second Appeal (St) No. 5139 of 2025. 3.
