After perusing the application, I am satisfied that the delay in filing the present petition has been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, delay is condoned. Appeal was dismissed for non service of the copies of the appeal memo on respondent Nos.4 and

5. Mr. D. S. Joshi, learned counsel states that he would take steps to serve respondent No.4.

Respondent No.5 is present today. Mr. Joshi states that he will furnish copy of the appeal memo within one week from today since the respondent No.5 has not been served. In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed by recalling order dated 4 July 2024 and the appeal is restored.
