By this Interim application, the applicant seeks leave to amend the petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that there are subsequent developments during the pendency of the petition. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, and having perused the averments as made in the Application, it is in the interest of justice that the application is to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
