This proceeding was listed before us for speaking to the minutes of order dated 25 April 2025. In the said order, following corrections are to be incorporated:

(i) In paragraph 1, second line, the sentence words "second wife Ms. Sheila Josephine (appellant) be deleted and substituted by "third wife Ms. Sheila Josephine Matharani (appellant)".

(ii) In paragraph 1, last line, after words "Mrs. Meher Matharani (respondent), following sentence be added - "and consent divorce with his second wife Ms. Shohara Sharif".

(iii) In paragraph 5, seventh line, the word "second" be deleted and substituted by "third".
