Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

This is an application for setting aside of an order dated 15 October 2024, passed by the Registrar, whereby WP(St) No.23258 of 2024 came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. The Applicants have also prayed for condonation of delay in taking out Interim Application. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that, the applicants would remove office objections within a period of four weeks. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the reasons assigned in the Interim Application and to advance the cause of substantial justice, the delay in taking out the Interim Application stands condoned.

The order dated 15 October 2024 stands set aside, and, WP(St) No.23258 of 2024 stands restored to file, subject to the Petitioners removing SSP 1/2

In the event, the office objections are removed, the Petition be numbered and listed as a fresh matter.

In the event, the Petitioners fail to remove office objections within the stipulated time, this order shall stand recalled and the Petition stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 8.

Interim Application stands disposed.
