Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application to bring the legal representatives of the applicant, who passed away on 28th December, 2024. The application is supported by copy of the death certificate. The application is within the stipulated period of limitation. 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, the respondents have no objection to implead the legal representatives of the deceased applicant.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Necessary amendment to bring the legal representatives of the deceased applicant, in accordance with Schedule-A appended to the application, be carried out within a period of one week, and amended copy of the application be served on the respondents.
