Perused the Interim Application and heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Though the prayer for restoration is opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the ground of delay, considering the reasons in the Interim Application, delay in seeking restoration is condoned and Writ Petition is restored, subject to the Petitioner removing all office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today. 2.
