The Petitioner is a lady teacher. She has voiced a grievance as regards her present posting on the ground that she is last transferred in June, 2018 and is working for more than 6 years and 6 months at the same post. She is due for transfer after completion of 3 years. She desires a transfer as per the prescribed policy of the Government which enables her to tender 30 options in the annual general transfers. She relies upon the G.R. dated 7th April, 2021.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner tenders an online application before 28th February, 2025, in the annual general transfers which exercise would commence from 1st March, 2025 and the last date for filing the application is 28th February, 2025, the same shall be considered on its own merits in the light of the Government Resolution applicable and keeping in view that she would be completing almost 7 years at the same posting, by May, 2025. Let her candidature be considered in accordance with policies applicable, for the academic year June, 2025-26.
