Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in main proceedings, by consent the following order is passed: a] The petitioner/husband shall pay Rs.10,000/- per month towards interim maintenance to respondent/wife instead of Rs.15,000/- per month as directed by the impugned order. b] The order impugned dated 28th November 2024 passed by the Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-29 in P.A. No.81 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

c] The respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner/husband with the Registry of this Court;

903-CWP-2841-25.odt d] The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions makes a statement that arrears, if any, at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month will be paid to the respondent/wife, within a period of 8 weeks from today. Statement is accepted as undertaking to this Court.
