Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the application, the order dated 16 July 2025 dismissing WP(ST) No.16846 of 2026 for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and the WP(ST) No.16846 of 2026 stands restored to file, subject to the Petitioner removing the office objections, if any, within a period of three weeks. In the event of non-removal of office objections within the said period of three weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the WP(ST) No.16846 of 2026 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
