This application is seeking stay to the execution of the impugned decree. The second appeal is already admitted. However, since copies are not supplied office has not issued notice. Two weeks time is granted to supply copies in the second appeal. 2.

If the copies are supplied, office is directed to issue notice to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the principal decretal amount is already deposited. He submits that the balance decretal amount shall be deposited in this Court within eight weeks from today.

Rule on interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is made returnable on 23rd June 2025.

Subject to depositing the balance decretal amount in this Court within eight weeks from today, there will be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

In addition to Court notice, learned advocate for the applicant to serve the respondent, by private notice and file affidavit of service.
