Interim Application has been moved for restoration of First Appeal which came to be dismissed in terms of conditional order for non filing of private paper book and for condonation of delay. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP submits that within the period of one year, inadvertently, the paper book could not be filed however the private paper book is ready and will be filed in the Registry within a period of four weeks from today. In the light of said submission, learned Counsel Patil-SR 1 of
