By this interim application, petitioners nos. 2 to 12 seek restoration of the petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution. It is stated that petitioner no. 1, Smt. Malti Manohar Mankame has expired.

We have perused the order dated 7 January 2025, by which this Court had dismissed the petition for want of prosecution 3 March 2025

Considering the averments as made in the interim application and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to restore the petition to the file of the Court by setting aside the order dated 7 January 2025.
