2) This Application seeks to condone delay of 332 days in filing this Application and for restoration of the aforesaid Appeal. 3) Considering the reasons stated in the Application and rival submissions, no just ground is made out to condone the delay. However, looking at the object of the compensation proceedings, the submission by learned advocate for the Applicants that the Applicants have a very good case on merits for enhancement of the compensation and that, the Applicant Nos.1 and 2 are aged, the delay may be condoned subject to imposing cost.
