Having heard the parties it would be appropriate to condone the delay of 98 days in filing this Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, provided the Appellant deposits the differential amount (between the amount originally awarded and the amount payable under the order passed by the Section 34 Court), with the Registry of this Court, no later than April 8, 2025. 2.
