The order does not make it clear that the Applicant is the Petitioner in Contempt Petition. It is clarified that the condition for withdrawal of the amount in terms of para-4 of the order dated 26 February 2025, would be in respect of 'Mr. Kamlesh Lohia', who is the Applicant in the above Interim Application.
