We adjourn the hearing of the present application with a direction to the respondent to place on record personal Income-Tax Returns for the Assessment Year 2008-2009 till the Assessment Year 2021-2022 as other Income-Tax Returns are already on record. Also Interim Application No.3563 of 2025 which is served in the Court today on the appellant - wife, is taken on record. Any reply to the said application be filed with advance copy served to the appellant.

The parties would be heard on both these applications as also on affidavits which would be filed. There is already a compilation which is filed of 49 pages which includes some of the Income-Tax Returns of the Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS

In the event, there are any audit reports, the same also be placed on record.
