This application is for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed in default on 22nd January 2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some personal difficulty, she was unable to attend the court when the matter was called out. She submits that she had filed a leave note. She further submits that the respondents were not represented in the writ petition, when the order was passed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c). Page no. 1 of 2

Writ Petition is restored to the file.

The order impugned in the petition is a revisable order. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to convert the writ petition into civil revision application. Leave granted. 6.

Amendment to be carried out within four weeks. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to add the correct documents at the time of converting the petition into civil revision application. After the amendment is carried out, office shall list the converted civil revision application for 'fresh admission'
