Mr. Raghuwanshi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants in both these Interim Applications after arguing the matter for some time has sought leave of this Court to withdraw these Interim Applications with liberty to file appropriate Writ Petition in accordance with law. The prayer is not opposed by the the learned counsel for the Respondents.

As such, the Interim Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
