Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Mr. Pal, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that, the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the application, the Application stands allowed. 4.
The order dated 23rd January, 2024, dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside. The WP(st)/10802/2022 stands restored to file, subject to the applicant removing the office objections within a period of three weeks from today.

It is hereby made clear that, in the event the applicant failed to remove office objections within the said period of three weeks, this order shall stands recalled and the writ petition dismissed, without further reference to the Court. 6.
