This is an application for impleadment in WP No.11487 of 2025. 3.

The Competent Authority has granted a Certificate of Unilateral Deemed Conveyance subject to the rights of the Applicant - Shiv Prakash Agrawal.

In this view of the matter, no effective order can be passed in the Petition without providing an opportunity of hearing to the applicant. 5.

Hence, the application stands allowed.

The Petitioner shall impleaded the Applicant as a Party Respondent to this Petition.
