By this Interim Application the Applicant is seeking six weeks time from 1st March 2025, to vacate the suit premises. 3.

Mr. Mane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, states that the Applicant will vacate the suit premises within a period of 15 days. The said statement made by Mr. Mane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on the instructions of the Applicant, is accepted as undertaking given by the Applicant to this Court.
