Manoj 34-IA-3069-2025.doc remark "Insufficient Address". The last known address of Respondent No.2 known to the Applicant is the same address, which is given in the cause title. The notice by RPAD returned unserved with the remark "Not Delivered Insufficient Address".

4) In view thereof, the Interim Application No.3069 of 2024 is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (b).

5) Sand over to 15th April, 2025.
