Heard Ms Teesa Benny, the learned counsel for the Applicants.

Ms. Benny submits that the bank guarantees as directed by this Court were furnished. However, the Registrar pointed out certain short-comings and therefore, some additional period was required to address those short-comings. She submits that the bank guarantees are now ready and will be filed if the period is extended by one or two weeks. 3.

Accordingly, time for filing the bank guarantees is extended by two weeks from today.
