By the order dated 8th January 2025 passed below Exhibits63 and 64 in Commercial Suit No.1143 of 2024 the direction to cancel the bank guarantee was stayed for a period of eight weeks from the date of the judgment. Without entering into the merits of the rival submissions, it is directed that the aforesaid direction shall operate after a period of nine weeks instead of eight weeks as directed. It is clarified that this extension of time is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 2.
