Interim Application No.3151 of 2025 1.
The relief sought in the Interim Application is seeking recall of order dated 22nd January, 2025 passed by this Court by which the Civil Revision Application has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.
For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Resultantly, Civil Revision Application No.522 of 2019 is restored to the file of this Court.

The challenge in this Civil Revision Application is to the order dated 7th January, 2019 passed by the learned Family Court No.7, Mumbai, in Interim Application No.24 of 2017 in Petition No. A-103 of 2017. The said Application has been filed for grant of interim Vaibhav Page No. 1
922-IA-3151-2025.doc maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The said Petition No. A-103 fo 2017 has been filed for decree of dissolution of the marriage.

Ms. Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the said Petition No. A-103 of 2017 has been kept for passing judgment. Accordingly, no useful purpose will be served by interfering in the order dated 7th January, 2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.7, Mumbai in Interim Application No.24 of 2017 in Petition No. A-103 of 2017 at this stage.
