The above Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment to the above Writ Petition in terms of Schedule I annexed to the Writ Petition. 2.

Considering this is a pre-admission amendment and it is to bring certain subsequent developments on record, we do not find any impediment

in allowing the amendment. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend and add further documents in support, corresponding averments and additional/alternate prayers to the Petition as is more particularly stated in 'Schedule I' annexed hereto' (b) That the Petitioners be directed to carry out such consequential amendments in the said petition as may be necessary by reason of the order therein;"

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of six weeks and the amended copy of the amended Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of one week thereafter. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed by the Respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of service of the amended Writ Petition on the concerned Respondents.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
