Interim Application has been preferred for setting aside the abatement against the Respondent No. 9 and granting extension for taking steps. The Respondent No. 9 has already expired and as no steps were taken, proceeding stand abated qua Respondent No. 9. 2.

Learned Counsel for Applicant informs that they are unaware of the legal heirs. It is open for the Applicants to take out appropriate Application, upon being informed about the legal heirs. Since 2024 time was granted to the Applicants for bringing on record the legal heirs of Respondent No. 9.
