The Writ Petition was refused registration on account of non-removal of office objections. The Writ Petition was dismissed at a pre-notice stage. Delay of 151 days is caused in filing the Interim Application.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned AGP.

For the reasons set out, the Interim Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The Petition will stand restored and would be registered, if all office objections are removed, on or before 13th June, 2025, failing which, the order of dismissal would stand restored, on 14th June, 2025.
