Interim Application has been preferred for access of minor child - Arohi. The parties, who are present in Court have arrived at a mutual arrangement that the Appellants would give access of minor child to the Applicant-father on every Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and every Sunday from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at R-City Mall, Ghatkopar. The Appellants would drop the child at R-City Mall at 11.00 a.m. and will pick up the child at 5.00 p.m.. It is made clear that at the Appellants will not remain present during access. List for further consideration on 27th March 2025.
