He has not1 been granted specific performance. That is why the present Appeal. There is a delay of 77 days in preferring the Appeal. Notice has to be issued to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. The court notice report is not received. However, there is a private service. He relied upon following two Affidavits:- (i) Affidavit dated 2 nd April 2025 :- In paragraph No.4, he has averred about the service on the Respondent No.3 by post.
